Job Profile:-
Reporting to the Country Manager you will be responsible for developing Digicel’s business through establishing Retail and Corporate Sales presence in Vanuatu. You will need to maximize and maintain the number of Sales connections on our network in Vanuatu.
You will need to achieve monthly sales targets, manage budget, develop and make presentations to customers/prospective customers in the Vanuatu, manage the Vanuatu Sales Team and maintain high morale amongst the Vanuatu team.
You will be responsible for developing and executing promotional plans, manage the issuing of complimentary handsets to strategic customers in the Vanuatu, be the primary point of contact for all major customers in the Vanuatu.
You will be required to develop/manage/maintain relationship with Corporate customers in the Vanuatu:- Follow up and resolve complaints, ensure customer treatment is appropriate, continuous involvement in Corporate Social activity
You will need to assist in developing and executing Corporate Sales channel strategy, Credit Management, research & report on competitor activity, identify sponsorship activities/opportunities for the Vanuatu
Be the Digicel liaison for all corporate activities in the Vanuatu that is linked to being good corporate citizen.
The role is based at Vanuatu, Port Vila.

Candidate Profile:-
• 3 - 5 years sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector (at least 2 years at a senior a management level).
• Selling and negotiation skills
• Communication skills both oral & in writing
• Results driven and proactive
• A team player who is able to interact with persons at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Presentation skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Sociable – Excellent networking skills
• Stress management skills
• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
