Background & Scope
Our Client, A Multinational group is looking to recruit for this role that will be leading all efforts to create the necessary thrust behind consumer driven product innovation. He/She is responsible for ensuring that consumer-driven behaviour becomes common practise within R&D innovation team and is also responsible for the proper execution of consumer driven design tools in all innovation activities and leading the consumer panel. He/She is also responsible for all health and nutrition related activities and projects.
Principle Accountabilities
1. Ensure and support the execution of consumer research studies required for R&D
This will cover the delivery of the below listed tasks, including:
· Managing the consumer panel
· Designing studies
· Executing with the agencies
· Reviewing the data
· Presenting the final results
2. To support all nutrition related projects and activities
Be the Nutrition contact for the unit. This includes:
· Input on all Health & Nutrition projects
· Support the Marketing team in nutrition labelling and health claims
· Assess nutrition values of product portfolio
· Support all nutrition related activities ( conferences, exhibitions)
Key Competencies/experience

Ideal candidate would have at least a university degree or“ Masters is preferable in (Nutrition, Food Science or Food Technology). Previous experience in consumer research not required. Candidate should be Arab speaker.
