Be Supervisor at the turbocharger production at one of the important international companies! (several vacancies).
The turbochargers be made on behalf of several European car manufacturers.
Production of these turbochargers takes place with modern, mostly driven CNC, machines.
For this production department (Turbo Rotor Line, Cartridge Room, Compressor Wheel Line, Bearing House Line, General Assembly Line) we are looking for motivated Supervisors with experience in leadership.
The supervisor supports the Foreman.
Description:
-- Ensure the best possible spin on the lines;
-- Ensure an efficient classification of employees in the various teams in consultation with the Foreman;
-- Foster, motivate, instruct, correct, the (new) employees in respect of, for example, practice,
presence, security, to obtain production figures.
-- Responsible for (them) produce quantities of the finished products with the correct dimensions
according to quality;

| Skills Required: |
Your profile:
You will need at least an Higher technical training (MBO+/HBO) and you have proven team leading experience. You are an enthusiastic doer, good planner and organizer, working precisely (with tolerances of 0.01 mm) and you are quality conscious.
Good English language spoken and written.
Working shift is part of the function. |
