| Description: |
The project Manager should have an Engineering degree with a large expereince on the operational level (mainly oprning outlets in Lebanon and abroad):
• When final approval from TB on site inspection is given, and the franchise contract is signed, the project coordinator job starts right away.
• He should be introduced to the franchisee explaining his role and duties.
• A week after signing the franchise agreement, he should meet the architect, visit the site and have photos.
• Meet the architect, visit the site and follow up on the contractor
• Design, supplies and issue reports
• He should be on site the first 30 days of construction
• The project coordinator should check his daily program.
• Coordinating schedules and activities
• He should have a checklist to follow up on it (available in operations and training manual).
• He should check the Outlet Layout: electric, gas, ventilation, sanitary
• Should check all permits
• Placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results.
• Weekly communication with the franchisee during the build-out process is one of the keys to a successful opening
• He should check housing for our staff: example: Mattresses
• His first outlet opening will be for follow up and execution, for the next outlet his visits will be shorter he will be there only to supervise over the franchisee coordinator who will take the role of following up and execution
• For Module A: Visit might take around 6 months.
• Assists and lend support to the Branch Manager
• He should interview and recruit locals + training + evaluate the staff sent from Lebanon.
• When the project coordinator job is finished, the franchisor might request to keep him in that case he should pay us for that.
