| Description: |
This person will have to supervise the following departments:
Accounting, Stock,IT,Purchases.
1. Implements all the approved policies relating to the financial management of the company.
2. Prepares company financial plan.
3. Manages / Monitors accounting operation.
4. Ensures proper budgeting and cost control effectiveness.
5. Maintains strong relationship with banks, customers and financial community.
6. Responsible for all credit and collection affairs.
7. Conducts in a manner consistent with the highest professional, ethical, moral and legal standards.
8. Responsible for the control of all revenues received and dispersed.
9. Maintains adequate internal control, auditing, and assuring proper insurance coverage, protecting the assets of the company.
10. Supervises the financial department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, auditing, payroll, general accounting, and cashiers.
11. Prepares reports outlining company financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings, based on past, present and future operations.
12. Directs preparations of budgets and financial forecasts.
13. Determines depreciation dates.
14. Prepares governmental reports and handles all inquiries from governmental agencies, including Internal Revenue Service.
15. Advises management on desirable operational adjustments due to tax revisions.
16. Arranges for audits of company accounts.
17. Maintains files of all contracts, insurance policies, tax reports, expenses, payroll, etc.
18. Advises management concerning insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities.
19. Hires, fires, trains and develops employees under his supervision.
20. Develops financial information quickly and accurate for the use throughout the organization.
21. Provides financial support services to all departments.
22. Implements effective inventory control system.
23. Maintains, implement integrity of business assets.
24. Develops insurance requirements to protect the company from casualty and other losses.
25. Maintains a positive image about the company, in the business and financial community.
26. Be responsible for implementing an appropriate property control system (fixed asset control system).
27. Develops and maintain the company’s credit policy with its customers.
28. Implements system and procedure to protect company income.
29. Implements system and procedure to control expenses.
30. Provides administrative support to group and external auditors.
31. Ensures that the applicable department policies and procedures are followed and in conjunction with the General Manager makes the necessary changes when warranted.
32. Performs any other duties which may be allocated from time to time.

Producing forecasts, budgets and ensuring its achievement and reporting on regular basis to General Manager and Head Office whenever appropriate and ensuring the adherence to the company’s controller’s policies and procedures.
