We currently have an urgent requirement with one of the Top client and the position is based in Singapore and would be a permanent position.
Strictly looking for Local Singaporeans with fluent in Chinese and Japanese languages.
Job Description:
Profile
• Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP)
• Generally, the CCVP is a certification covering all aspects of IP Telephony/VOIP networks and applications
Troubleshooting, Cisco IP Telephony, and Gateway Gatekeeper.
• Education: bachelor degree preferably in engineering or relevant working experience
• Minimum of two (2) years work experience in a technical or networking support environment
• In-depth PC knowledge and good understanding of the Microsoft Office© applications
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
• Fast learner, self-motivated and a positive attitude.
• Stress resistant and a team player
Language Proficiency
• Good spoken & written English
• Ability to written & speak fluent Simplified Chinese & Japanese.
