My client is a real estate developer.
They are looking for a Contract Manager (QS by profession)
Requirements:
- Degree majoring in QS.
- prior employment with QS consultancy firms.
- contracts procurement, dispute resolution, claims management, contract management, tendering and administration.
- experience in cost control and contract administration for civil/building engineering projects.
- good working knowledge of QS and contract law.
This is to be based in Singapore but will require visits to Pakistan |
