Description
Our client is a leading global design studio providing specialist design services across three key sectors: Workplace, Lifestyle and Education. They operate in four regions: Middle East, Australia, Asia and Europe. Within each of these regions, they have studios staffed with both local and international designers and specialists in areas of architecture, consulting, interior design, urban design services and project management. They operate in collaborative and open environments where ideas, teamwork and research enable us to provide exceptional service to our clients.
They are seeking experienced, talented and qualified Project Directors, to join there Middle East team with Studios in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Bahrain to assist delivery of design services for a variety of mixed-use, residential, commercial, retail, resort, hospitality and cultural projects.
Candidates of consideration will be someone who can:
- Be responsible for the performance of Architectural, Landscape, Interior Design & Urban Design projects;
- Be highly organised and professional;
- Develop and manage relationships with current and potential Clients;
- Display an understanding of the nature of contractual Agreements with Clients and/or Sub-Consultants;
- Employ skills of financial control to prepare and implement project fee schedules;
- Manage a team, or teams, of people - both within our client and with outside parties;
- Create and cultivate designs appropriate to our Brand and our Clients' needs;
- Deliver designs and documents which respond to all constraints such as regulatory authorities, construction detailing, etc;
- Display an appropriate level of knowledge of the legal and administrative responsibilities associated with the Planning & Construction Industries;
- Work within the framework of our clients Practice Management procedures;
