An experienced and charismatic restaurant manager is required to run the 45 cover Dower House Restaurant at the Royal Crescent Hotel in addition to managing function rooms for 30 with private dining and a beautiful garden where afternoon tea is served, and the Colonnade Bar.
You wil be expected to control your budget and supplies, together with managing and developing a team of 20. |
