This position is responsible for creating online design solutions that integrate design with brand guidelines, user experience best practices and business goals. It requires strong visual and conceptual problem-solving skills that can be used to generate exceptional ideas and can be carried through to implementation. It requires a strong individual contributor with experience in user interface design as well as outstanding visual design skills.
The position also requires the ability to communicate and present information effectively. Being able to successfully manage ones time and responsibility across multiple interrelated and cross-group projects on schedule is a must.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong design sensibility, who has worked for a design shop or advertising agency, and a proven portfolio of quality web design work.

| Capacités Requises: |
* 4 year Bachelor degree in any field, but Graphic Design and Multimedia will be preferred.
* 1 to 4 year(s) experience.
* The applicants should have experience in Web Developer/Web Designer, Graphic Designer, Multimedia , Animator
* this is for a designer with some programming not for a programmer with some design
* please do not apply if you are not a graphic designer
* strong portfolio of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/Flash Web Design/Development projects
* Ability to take a creative approach to problem solving for the web
* Independent problem-solving skills in all areas of Clean Web Design and Flash development using modern Web 2.0 design techniques
* Well versed in HTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript including Ajax Frameworks
* Creative Flair and experience creating interactive and dynamic flash presentations and motion graphics.
* Working with Flash video content is a plus.
* Awareness of new trends in ActionScript 3.0 and Flex applications a plus
* Salary negotiable
