| Capacités Requises: |
1. University Degree in Finance or Accounting
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance, preferably with domain knowledge in port, shipping, transport or logistics
3. Familiarity with setting up of port tariff is an advantage
4. Experience in budgeting and cost management process
5. Working knowledge of EDI and e-commerce
6. Strong Analytical skills
7. Customer-oriented management skills
8. Previous project management experience is preferable
9. Must be familiar with recruitment, training and human resource management
10. Minimum 3 years management / supervisory experience preferably in an international container terminal
11. Track record in handling Applications Development and Implementation projects
12. Proficiency in written & spoken English
13. High level of PC literacy
14. Strong management & leadership skills
15. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
