The following are the skill set
Requirements the ideal R12 Technical Lead should possess:
1. Actual R12 technical experience in as many as possible of the
Following major modules: GL, AP, PO, FA, PA (Project Costing), Cash
Management, Budgeting (a plus);
2. Additional experience with the following: XML Publisher,
Discoverer, BPEL, SOA Suite (a plus);
3. Performed as Lead over medium-sized (10-12 people) technical groups
In recent projects;
4. Recent multiple-project experience with large data conversion
Efforts (as a part of an Oracle project) as well with 'data-cleansing'
Efforts;
5. Experience with large integration projects with an array of older
(and some newer) legacy data / transaction sources.
6. Must be comfortable with a dynamic project environment.
7. Excellent communication skills are a must
The client is located in Alberta, Canada.
Consultant must be able to start within the next one to two weeks.
