International Recruitment Manager will be responsible for:
Ensuring that the appropriate organization is in place to manage the overall activities related to foreign workers
Manage the business and contractual relationships between between us and out clients
Manage the performance, goals and direction the the team
Manage our relationship with various government and regulatory agencies
Ensure our actions as employer are in keeping with all relevent laws
Manage our relationship with various internal projects in order to ensure that forecasting of needs, issuance of requisitions and approvals of financial expenditures are processed in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate with the Domestic Recruitment Manager on the analysis of needs and make recommendations to the projects regarding the supply of both domestic and international manpower
Develop, document and publish process and procedures to guide The Recruitment Company in the management of international workers
Assist in the annual development of budgent and business plans
Monitor and report on budgetary expenditures in relation to approved budgets
Assist the projects developing project budgets to cover the recruitment, training, deployment and sustainment of international workers. |
| Capacités Requises: |
Post secondary education in Human Resources would be considered and asset
Designation as a Project Manager Professional would be considered and asset
Minimum of 10 years experience in industrial trades related roles
Experience in the recruitment of international trades workers
Excellent skills with all MS Office products
Must be available to travel |
