| Job Description: |
Aden Services has 13 branches in China, each with an Accounting department. The position is located in the China Head Office where the Finance department is comprised of 4 employees. The position reports to the Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise preparation of budgets, forecasts and review of actual as well as other reporting (monthly, yearly)
Help monitor cash flow, project expenses & ensure accurate project costing
Ensure that reliable, high quality and timely financial information is provided to top management
Control and improve general finance/accounting procedures and practices
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
Contribute to the implementation of the ERP and actively support the team and the accounting departments in branches in their adoption of the new system
Manage a team of financial/accounting staff
Keep up a regular communication with the accounting departments in branches to ensure good reporting up

| Skills Required: |
Foreign national
University degree in Finance/Accounting
3 years Finance/accounting management working experience including 1 year in China (good understanding of Chinese accounting and tax system)
IT literate and excellent computer skills with Office Software
Good English language skills (Chinese is a plus)
