IT Support person required with Fluent German for a busy Multi National Company
Outline of Job Description
•Desktop/Lap-top Support (Hardware / Software). Windows XP, Office 2003, Outlook.
•Implementing and administering standards on PCs, Software and VOIP systems.
•Network/Server Support (Hardware / Software)
•Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server 2003, VMware infrastructure 3.
•ERP Support (Hardware / Software) SAP Client install etc.
•Deployment of desktops / laptops / servers
•Image build and distribution using image building software for hardware standards.
•Implementation and maintenance of VOIP Telephone systems with in-depth knowledge of Call Management software.
•VPN and Data line implementation & monitoring.
•General User Support in office applications
•General IT administration tasks
•Support the IT Manager as required Sweep work throughout EMEA to support global project initiatives

| Skills Required: |
•Minimum 2 years experience of Windows environment
•Minimum 2 years experience in the deployment of Desktop / Lap-top/ Servers
•Minimum 2 years experience in network support
•Minimum 2 years experience in Windows 2003/2000 server, Windows 98/XP and Office 97/2003
•Some programming experience required (ideally in VBA)
•Experience in VOIP and Call management systems, Avaya or Cisco
•Excellent working Microsoft Office, Access and Excel
•Ability and experience of prioritising workload and work on own initiative
