Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic Windows and Netscape Navigator skills, Type 20 wpm and Data Entry skills (min. 4000 keystrokes). Demonstrated problem solving ability. Ability to work flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends and holidays. Good oral communication skills on the telephone. Basic Windows and Netscape Navigator skills. Data entry skills. Problem solving skills. Ability to work flexible work schedule: days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to perform basic database querying
Service and Repair Rep:
Performs in-house servicing and repair of company's wireless products. Provides support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment. Serves as customer contact on service related problems. Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures. Performs inventory management. Determines most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime. Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues
