Our client, one of the largest, privately-owned companies in the Gulf region, is looking for a high caliber Divisional HR Director for their Projects Engineering Group.
The incumbent will head the HR Division of the Projects Engineering Group which specializes in end-to-end Electro-Mechanical solutions and offers contracting, service and product sales.
He will contribute to the creation of the Group’s HR Strategy and ensure its delivery in the Division in an effective and timely manner. He will create and implement Divisional succession and career planning, OD/development/manpower plans, performance management & reward programs, ER, IR, and recruitment activity for the Division. He will also facilitate the vision, mission and values throughout the Division.

| Capacités Requises: |
We are looking for high caliber HR Generalist with at least 12 years managerial experience in the full spectrum of HR programs and activities. The incumbent must have proven hands-on experience in recruitment, training & development, OD, succession planning, performance management, ER & IR, benefits & compensation, etc. Previous international work experience in a construction, engineering or electromechanical company, is an advantage.
