Multilingual Customer Service/ sales position
Excellent salary 33,000 - 38000 Euro
The Customer Service Department has a combination of roles in both inbound and outbound Customer care. Our Upsellers will be calling customers to confirm existing orders and make further sales while Customer Service Reps will be dealing with incoming customer queries.
Both roles require fluency in Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch or Swedish as well as great attention to detail; a good telephone manner and excellent problem resolution skills.
All of the above roles are for contract positions between beginning of August and the and of December and carry an excellent salary package made up of basic salary and sales commission or bonus.
All candidates need to have fluent English.
