| Description: |
This individual will oversee the care of Peaceful Living clients that live with in the geographical area they are assigned. They will complete monthly schedules for families and staff. Case Managers will report to the Program Director; interact professionally and in compassionate manner with the individuals served, their families, other staff persons and county representatives.

Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Excel and Word
