Our customer one of the top 2 ESP and a leading provider of permission based email marketing solutions, strategy and services is seeking to recruit Account Managers with responsibility for the fulfillment of full service projects for clients utilising their e-mail marketing software and platforms. The Account Manager has extensive client facing interaction including e-mail, telephone and face to face communications and includes developing and co-ordinating scheduled mailings or other deliverables for assigned clients within the agreed upon time frames, setting appropriate expectations with the client and escalating any issues that might impact successful execution of the work before the client is negatively impacted. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: the ability to manage large campaigns, complex projects and co-ordinate activities across multiple departments, strategically assist assigned accounts and present industry related best practices, develop and display thorough working knowledge of the companies products and services and its client fulfilment process including application of best industry practices. Work with clients as to design, develop, test and execute timely full service e-mail campaigns or related projects of the highest quality in the agreed upon time frames. You will have a 3 year degree in a related field plus a minimum of 3 years account management experience within the marketing industry, a professional demeanour and commitment to providing quality customer experience, be patient, practical and adaptable with a desire to grow and develop expertise in e-mail marketing. Solid knowledge of computer software and hardware, especially beneficial will be computer skills including database operations and HTML.
