| Description: |
Main purpose of position:
Provide technical input on infrastructure relating to tanks and pumpstations with the focus on roads, stormwater, reticulated water and bulk earthworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design roads and municipal services
• Preparation of construction drawings (either by self or draughtsman)
• Preparation of contract documentation which includes specifications, conditions of contract, special conditions of contract, scope of work, bills of quantities
• Site supervision as and when required to ensure that work is completed in accordance with design and contract specifications
• Any other project related functions as assigned
Other:
• Self motivated for work on a single large project or service multiple projects.
• Required to comly with Quality System and work within predetermined deadlines and cost parameters.
• Ability to function well within a team environment where the objective is always bigger than the individual. |
| Capacités Requises: |
BSc degree
PC Technical Software:
• Excel
• Word
• Autocad
• TechnoCAD or similar
(Although Autocad is not a prerequisite, proficiency will greatly assist the successful incumbent in the execution of his/her duties) |
