Main purpose of position:
Establish an effective communications system to keep the site team informed and maintain good relationships with the landowner and construction team.
Key result areas / Responsibilities:
• Meet all landowners and finalise the Occupation Certificates ahead of the construction team
• Establish a positive relationship with the directly affected land owners along the route to resolve any people issues in a positive manner and ensure landowner satisfaction is achieved.
• Observe the construction activities to ensure these activities do not conflict with the special conditions of the servitude agreements. Where these are not followed, report these non conformance activities to construction Project Mnager.
• Manage the integrated complaints system and link this to the work of the Environmental Control Office, the Servitude Acquisition Manager and the equivalent members of the Construction team.
• Initiate or generate technical instructions, site notes and other site observations.
• Liaise with other disciplines for co-ordination issues.
• Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly reports. |
| Capacités Requises: |
• Technical qualification in Civil engineering, land survey Experince in a construction environment
• People person, driving license |
