Lead Piping Engineers

Experience Required - 10 years( minimum)
Lead & Develop a team of Piping personnel, comprising of Materials, Layout & Stress groups.
Guide Piping team in Project Estimation & Proposals, Oversee Project Quality programs & grow a team.
Should have held a similar position and have experience in managing a large Piping design group, Piping and equipment layouts, plot plans, elevations and section drawings.
Piping and Pipeline studies and analysis, using typical stress analysis software.
Piping Material Specifications and valves specifications. Knowledge of working in PDS 3D environment.
Master equipment lists and data sheets. Piping GA drawings, Isometrics and Material Take off List (MTO).
Piping Material Requisitions. Provide inputs to the process group during P&ID generation.
Participate in Risk Assessment, HAZOP and Constructability reviews. Interactions with inter disciplines and external agencies viz. Client, Contractors & Vendors.

Stress Engineer (Plant/Piping Design .)

Review / performing design calculations/flexibility analysis of piping. Review/performing dynamic / seismic / wind / slug flow analysis.Review & Design of piping supports. Location of supports. Review & preparation of spring schedule, selection of spring supports. Review/ Design of special supports. Review of load calculation on equipment nozzles, supports. Review/preparation of loading data for pipe rack, technological buildings. Coordination with piping designers, structural engineers. Progress monitoring and expediting release of stress reports.
They should have Knowledge of Stress Analysis software viz. CEASAR II or equivalent, Review / performing design calculations/flexibility analysis of piping. Graduate Mechanical Engineer, from reputed Engineering College, having experience in detailed engineering design of Oil Refineries, Petrochemical plants, Chemical / Fertilizer plants.
