We have an opportunity for "Super Yachts Project Manager Interior Fit-out" with One of Middle East`s largest Interior Environment companies in Dubai :
The detailed JD is as follows :
Job Summary: The Super Yacht Project Manager will have full responsibility for the fit-out management of a Super Yacht in excess of 140 meters in length. This includes end to end management and production of the project matrix and all associated personnel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the Project Timeline in line with contract parameters and milestones. Manpower planning and budgetary control
--Preparation of material specifications to ensure compliance with technical and safety directives
--Manage all proposed change orders (PCO`s) and subsequent change orders (CO`s), and associated contractual and financial detail
- Manage all variations and subsequent impact
- Oversee in-house planning, design, manufacture and installation of contracted items.
- Manage the client, build yard, and owner interface matrix. Ongoing management and review of subcontractors
- Distribution and record of project correspondence
- Preparation and communication of a monthly project report
- Ensure that appropriate methods are used to create a continuous improvement culture in quality, safety, and productivity, and implement subsequent changes in practice
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant degree qualification
- 7+ years experience
- Experience of managing diverse teams in line with complex strategic and financial targets
- Advanced proficiency in current technology across project management, design and reporting.
- Fluency in English is essential
