Employed as Electrical Quality control Inspector to (Gasco) Hgce- Habshan Gas Complex Expansion project – EPC Phase. A site management for the construction of Sulphur Recovery Units and Acid Gas Enrichment Unit and newly started Offshore Associated Gases (Oag) Epc Package– 3. Assigned to two units of Sulphur Recovery (152 & 153), Substation-27 & 30, Ies17 & 18 (instrument Equipment Shelter), Oms-133 & 113s (operator Monitoring Shelter) and Piperacks. Responsibilities includes inspection, approving, monitoring and surveillance of all electrical works installation consisting of: Substation Transformers (3.3kv to 33kv), Busducts, HV & LV Switch gear, Relay Panels, Lighting and Small Power distribution Boards, Ac & Dc Ups system, HVAC Panels, Cathodic Protection, Lightning & Earthing system.

Quality Control & Commissioning Inspector (1992 to 1997)
Employed as Electrical Quality Control & Commissioning Inspector (all disciplines) assigned to monitor electrical works for the British Aerospace (BAE) Multi-Billion Dollars of Military installation for the Royal Saudi Air force. The project consisted of hardened (aircraft bomb shelters) Group Shelters (GS), Command Shelter (CS), Group Operational Shelters (GO) and related shelters including tie-in for existing runways and taxiways for the hardened shelters.
Responsibilities include checking and approving the installation of runway lighting system; precision approach path indicator (PAPI) lighting; earthing and lightning protection system; fuel tank cathodic protection. Checking of switchgear and control panels installation for two sets emergency power generator with the capacity of 1.2MVA at 13.8KV for each shelter and another six sets of emergency power generator for the whole site with the same capacity. It includes two frequency converters for each shelter: 415V/240V, 50Hz; 200V/115V, 400HZ. Attending and approving site performances and acceptance of testing and commissioning at the final stage for the following systems: fire alarm; brief/debrief; fault signalling for the equipment installation and monitoring to one central site; power generation; telecommunication; cctv; public address system; and air-conditioning system.
