Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the HSE Manager to administer/manage activities of the HSE section
• Implement HSE policies, activities and plans as identified by the Management
• Assist the line to comply to regulations and HSE-Management System Implementation and certification
• Assist in the development/update of HSE-MS procedures/documents as necessary
• Support onshore and offshore Emergency Response teams and Emergency Command Centre activities including training/drills
• Coordinate/conduct HSE studies, inspections, assessments, audits, budgeting and plans

| Capacités Requises: |
Key Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering/Environment Science
• 10 years experience in offshore oil & gas operations with 5 years in HSE operations
• Knowledge of HSE Management Systems, Regulations, Crisis & Emergency Response Management, Industry Practices on HSE, Drilling, Marine and Operations Safety
