Expanding hedge fund seeking bright & motivated individuals to assist founder in expanding a successful special situation trading strategy.
The applicant must have a minimum of three years direct experience with Equity Special Situation strategies, in a front office or analyst role for a hedge fund or an investment bank and a strong educational background (at least a bachelors degree).
The ideal candidate may also have experience in one or more of the following:
1.) Institutional investment management experience (idea generation),
2.) Executing equity trading strategies,
3.) Research / Analytical experience of L/S equities,
4.) Equity derivative experience,
5.) Investment Banking (M&A) experience.
The role will suit a hard working market professional looking for a steep learning curve and the next challenge to further their career.
