An investment advisor whose primary focus is Large Cap Equities, is seeking to hire a qualified candidate to lead the sales and marketing effort.
Specific responsibilities include:
1) Attracting new high-net-worth clients through the development and leveraging of relationships within the emerging Wealth Management field
2) Developing the short and long term plans of attacking this segment including the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve these goals
3) Creating and maintaining marketing materials as well as directing and editing the content on the company website and maximizing its potential as a as a marketing tool
4) This candidate will be responsible for leading, hiring, and training the sales staff, and they must lead by example.
Attention to detail and strong organization skills are a must. But more important the ideal candidate must realize this is a position that will reward entrepreneurial success. The candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter, willing to work long hard hours alongside the founder to make the venture a success. This is an opportunity with tremendous upside potential if the individual is willing to work tirelessly in the client acquisition process. | Capacités Requises: |
Requirements:
• An undergraduate degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field
• At least 5-7 years in individual or institutional sales and marketing
• MBA desired, but not required
• MUST be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Proficiency in Axys’ Advent Product and Goldmine database software a big plus, but not required.
