Doan Law Firm LLP, California’s largest family of attorneys, is seeking hard-working and driven individuals to intern at our Carlsbad office. Doan Law Firm has fifteen offices spread across Southern California, and has recently expanded its bankruptcy department to include loan modification and consumer protection from predatory lending. Students will have the opportunity to learn different facets of the day to day activities of running a rapidly-expanding law firm in a hands-on way, with great prospects for growth and networking. Day to day tasks vary, and include doing background research on cases, preparing cases for lawsuit and settlement, contacting clients via phone or email, and one-on-one interactions with proven attorneys in a comfortable setting. Interns will acquire real knowledge in the practice of law and participate in the preparation and processing of cases, rather than merely performing routine tasks. |
| Capacités Requises: |
Interns should be hard-working, detail oriented, and able to readily follow instructions. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus, as is Spanish-speaking ability, but they are by no means required. |
