This position will be responsible for managing the supply, distribution and reliability of electricity for this manufacturing facility. Duties include: proposing and implementing work processes, procedures and technical resources relating to the electrical team; leading and coordinating the electrical team and ensuring safety, training, and certification requirements are met; executing the maintenance of the electrical equipment; developing and implementing maintenance and inspection plans; coordinating with other departments to resolve any electrical issues; initiating and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) in electricity supply and distribution; and proposing and controlling the electrical component of the budget. | Capacités Requises: |
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering – Electrical preferred.
Required Skills: 3+ years electricity experience in a manufacturing facility such as pharmaceuticals, food, or consumer products; in-depth knowledge of: electricity - low voltage, medium voltage and high voltage installations; EMC (Electromagnetic compatibility); Instrumentation and Process Control Systems; food processing operations and technology; MES (Manufacturing Execution System); manufacturing IT; analytical skills in problem solving; and knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety, hygienic engineering and quality.
