Dates/hours of position: Oct 21st – Dec 28th. Approximately 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Possible weekends required.
Pay rate: $8.00-$10.00/hr
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Associates or bachelors degree in a related field a plus. Business experience preferred. Must possess strong computer skills including but not limited to proficiency with Microsoft excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitors cash deposits for incomplete or missing information
2. Investigates and reconciles cash variances
3. Monitors inventory deliveries and transfers for incomplete or missing information
4. Investigates and reconciles inventory variances
5. Tracks seasonal promotions for abuse or fraud
6. Monitors labor for usage to ensure compliance to corporate procedures
7. Acts as main conduit of communication with field personnel via email or telephone
8. Other duties as assigned

Detail oriented person with strong written and verbal skills needed . Strong computer skills, Microsoft Excel. SQL knowledge a plus, but not required. |
