Requirements:
Generalist background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, with emphasis on employee relations
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Problem-solvong, analytical, team management skills.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
