Growing finance & loan company is seeking career-minded individuals to participate in the Manager Trainee program.
We are willing to train the right candidates!
Requirements:
-Clean Credit Record
-Must be willing to relocate within 1 year
(Louisiana, Mississippi, and Missouri)
Job Duties:
-Meet with customers to discuss financial situation and determine loan acceptance.
-Perform collections by phone and in person (within a 25 mile radius).
-Receive payments from customers.
-Sell new loans and increase existing customer loans to make sales goals.
Office hours:
M-F 8:30am - 7:00pm, Sat 8:30am - 1pm
(Flexible Shift: 45-50 hrs/wk)
Location:
Crowley, LA and Jennings, LA
Compensation:
$23,000 - $28,000 per year during training (Depends on experience & education)
