English Customer Service Representative
One of the World’s leading providers of on-line gaming entertainment is currently looking for an English Customer Service Representative with dedication and vision to fill the vacancy at there office in Gibraltar.
All applicants MUST have good knowledge of poker (online or offline) and currently live local to Gibraltar.
The Role:
- Answering customers` questions via e-mail and telephone, following standard procedures and using internal tools
- Questions can be related to Accounts, Payments, Betting, Sport, IT etc
- The call centre style department currently has 90 other CS agents’ from 22 different countries
- Suitable applicants must be a Native Speaker in the requested languages and preferably have previous experience in customer service or a call centre environment
- An interest and knowledge of sports is an advantage.
- This is a busy environment so it is important to stay cool under pressure
- The candidate needs to be flexible, Customer Service work shifts, currently between 8am-midnight, Mon-Sun.
The Package:
Starting salary is £17,000 to be increased to £20,000 pa (£19,000 pa if shift work is not required) after successful 3 months probation period.
