Swedish Recruitment is an agency focusing on the European job market. We are working with market leaders in IT, Igaming and Travel and all positions mean that you will be working towards the German speaking market.
The Role:
Our Client is a multinational market leader in technology with offices around the world. They are now looking for a number of German speaking Customer Support Agents to join their multinational office in Cork, Ireland.
Successful candidates will be working as a first point of contact with the responsibility to make sure that customers receive a world class experience. Solving any customer service issue bye e-mail while escalating problems in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities:
• Handle questions and issues from customers regarding any of the company’s products or services.
• Most questions will be non technical (for example billing related issues) but it is an advantage if you have a technical interest.
• Escalate according to company regulations
• To always make sure that customers receive the best possible service, a quality service within agreed timeframe.
• Any other tasks requested by management. |
| Capacités Requises: |
You!
• Are a positive person with strong analytical and communication skills
• Have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
• Are social and function well within a team but are also able to work on your own
• Realize that quality of service is important and always work hard to meed your goals and objectives
• Are computer literate
