Position is based FULL-TIME in KUWAIT (Middle-East).
Experience/Specialized in: Residential and Office Projects --- FF&E and Soft Contract Projects
Good knowledge in: Modern, Contemporary, Design Style…
Minimum years of experience: 5 years
Degrees?: Architect Degree but not necessary Civil Architect… someone who understands basiccontracting and has experience with it … could be an experienced contractor too.
Minimum/Maximum age: between 35 to 45 years.
Male/Female preference?: Male or Female
Salary range : up to +/- 65 to 70.000 US$/Year FREE OF TAX depending on experience and degrees.
Mobile phone = Yes
Yearly vacation days = 21 working days/year
Work time = 8am to 6 pm with 1 hour break but candidates must be able to support rushes, overtime etc.

We need a presentable and fashionable Architect.
Knowledge of Italian language would be a real "plus" but not necessary.
More details:
The Architect will become like an Operation Manager for the Design and Contracting Dept. Managing daily operations, coordinating different department`s work etc.
