Our client, one of Middle East`s oldest and most diverse trading conglomerates operating in the fields of construction, real estate, manufacturing, travel, automotive, amongst other industries, is currently looking for a high caliber Human Resources Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai.
The biggest challenge in this senior role would be imparting requisite management expertise and direction for all the various HR activities of the company. The incumbent will facilitate the successful operation of high performance teams across the business and will participate in supporting new business projects and ongoing improvement initiatives. Key job areas include establishing, developing & implementing HR policies, processes and programs in the areas of recruitment & selection, training & development, benefits & compensation, performance management, succession planning, and labor relations, amongst other HR related functions..

| Capacités Requises: |
The role requires a seasoned HR professional with minimum 8 years related experience, preferably within an international or global organization. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic and must possess a Masters degree in Human Resource Management or a related course. He/she must have extensive experience in the successful delivery of both strategic & operational HR and would need to demonstrate a solid understanding of local markets, labor laws and practices. Excellent management, interpersonal, and communication skills are critical for the success of this position.
