Our client, a leading UAE master developer and a major regional player, is looking for a topnotch a high caliber HR Manager for their office in Dubai.
The incumbent will be imparting requisite management expertise and direction for all the various HR activities of the company. He/she will participate in supporting new business projects and ongoing improvement initiatives. Key job areas include establishing, developing & implementing HR policies, processes and programs in the areas of recruitment & selection, training & development, benefits & compensation, performance management, succession planning, and labor relations, amongst other HR related functions..

| Capacités Requises: |
The ideal candidate must be a seasoned HR professional with minimum 8 years related experience, preferably within an international or global organization. The ideal candidate must be a UAE national, preferably with a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or a related course. He/she must have extensive experience in the successful delivery of both strategic & operational HR and would need to demonstrate a solid understanding of local markets, labor laws and practices. Excellent management, interpersonal, and communication skills are critical for the success of this position.
