Responsibilities:
* Manage and execute customer-specific marketing programs and projects
* Work closely with sales personnel and customers to provide program and project deliverables on-time
* Seek approval of customer advertising, package art, etc., where products and trademarks are used
* Coordinate and communicate program requests from third party developers and other company departments
* Perform retail store checks and other activities to validate sales programs, projects and department initiatives
* Plan, create, compile and execute customer mailings in support of division sales crusades
* Maintain contact database and various reports
* Be able to up-sell and cross sell products and or services relevant to the account
* Travel may be required
* Other duties may be assigned
* Provide world class customer service solution.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree of any related course
* Above average written and verbal English communication skills
* Strong marketing background and experience in developing sales promotions and other marketing/sales campaigns with customers
* Strategic thinker
* Ability to work closely with customers and sales personnel in order to respond to their customer’s needs
* Knowledge of the computer software publishing industry or related industry is a plus
* Knowledge in Internet Marketing is a plus
* Good interpersonal skills
* Computer and internet savvy
* Good customer service skills
* Has multi-tasking skills
* Applicants must be willing to work in ORTIGAS and night-shifts.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Travel to the US may be required. US VISA is a plus but not required.
* ONLY Full-Time positions are available.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Spanish, French
