Position Purpose:
Maintain, optimise and develop all web properties supporting the company’s poker brand, in particular for the purpose of player acquisition, retention and education
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Maintain the poker web site, ensuring it is kept up to date and error free at all times
• Monitor all activity on the site to optimise visitor experience and ultimately conversion of visitors into real money players, with particular focus on usability
• Pro-actively propose, specify, develop and implement new functionality to support player acquisition, retention and education
• Overall responsibility for the localisation of the poker website in all key target languages
• Source and manage all content, both from internal and external parties
• Manage and develop the poker website team
• Manage relationship with third party agencies
Key Working Relationships:
• The poker website manager reports to the Poker marketing Manager and will work closely with the rest of the poker marketing team.
• The poker website manager will manage the web development team as well as the localisation team, who will report directly into him/her
• He/she will also work very closely with the poker product team, in particular using product development methodologies and processes for the maintenance and development of the poker site
• Finally, he/she will have regular contacts with the insight team for all reporting requirements

• Analytical/ reporting skills (and supporting tools, i.e. excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of poker and the gaming industry
