Experience & Qualification:
• Formal Tertiary qualification (National Diploma and/or BTech)
• 5 - 8 years site agent experience on construction projects
• HR experience would be advantageous
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Day to day planning and running of the site
• Materials Control
• Labour allocation and control
• Monitoring of quality
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and timing
• Liaison with sub-contractors and professional team
• Documentation control - Monitor variances
• Expediting
• Motivation and supervision of Foreman and Labourers
• Adherence to Safety
• Monitoring of quality |
| Capacités Requises: |
• Solid people management skills essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Good planning and organisational ability
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures on building sites
• Understanding of quality control systems and how to put these in place
• Administrative skills |
