Description
We are presently seeking an experienced Project Executive to join our major international client in Abu Dhabi to provide overall management direction for a multi million dollar high rise and multi use project. This individual will be responsible for the pre-construction, construction to close of the project. The typical duties includes plan, organize staff, establish project objectives, maintain liaison with client, supervise Project Managers, and assume responsibilities as directed by corporate executives.
Relocation and housing will be provided.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 15 years (high rise) construction consulting experience.
US Citizen preferred.
Must be proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Office.
Four year college degree is required.
