Job Description
We current have a number of prestigious projects in Dubai and we are looking to recruit Assistant Project Managers.
The current workload includes projects within the commercial, residential and hotel sectors.
Requirements
Knowledge of activities and procedures within own work area - requires an understanding of work routines and procedures. The technical procedures are well defined. The requirement of the role is to have proficient knowledge of these procedures and how to apply them. The knowledge can only be acquired through formal training or considerable experience.
More specifically to be able to demonstrate Project Management capability at a minimum level B. Able to demonstrate pre and post contract project experience; will have at least two years post graduate construction related project management experience preferably in providing both pre and post contract project management services.
Additional Information
We are looking for a team builder who can develop and maintain good relationships and gain the confidence of other professionals both within the company and externally.
This role will operate within a diverse external and internal stakeholder/customer environment. The emphasis on excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills must not be underestimated.
The jobholder will need to be able to respond effectively under pressure and ensure requirements for accurate and timely information are met. Working with other team members.
