As a Requirement manager you will be accountable for leading and performing the work to get hold of, select and document the requirements within development projects or activities. In addition, you will also be responsible for communicating the requirements to stakeholders throughout the life-time of the project.
You must have a first-rate understanding of web development and a strong interest and experience of the web in general. We expect you to have an excellent technical understanding and solid documentation skills and a structured way of working. You will be able to identify and understand problems and opportunities. This includes the ability to articulate the needs that are associated with the key problem to be solved or opportunity to be realized.
You are experienced in requirement documentation using:
-RUP,
-Writing Use Case models and
-Use case specifications,
-or using prototyping, storyboards and wire frames.

The contract is to start in October 2008 running until June 2009 full time in Sweden.
