The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall project management include liaison with the Client, financing institution(s) and contractor(s); cost control, time management, quality management and human resources. The Project Manager will have a multidisciplinary team of international and local technical and institutional experts to his/her disposal to realise the technical component and advise the local authorities in institutional, economical, managerial and training issues.
In addition, you will have to prepare regular progress reports for the Client and the financing institution. These reports have to address overall progress of the project and the specific conditions from the financing institution.

| Capacités Requises: |
Your qualifications and experience
-You have experience with the management of internationally financed water and/or wastewater projects;
-You have experience with contract management under FIDIC Conditions of Contract;
-You like to work with people in other disciplines and from other countries;
-You are able to present your advice in a natural and clear style;
-You are proficient in English and preferably in another main European language (French, Spanish).
We are especially looking for people with an enterprising personality, who work in the client’s best interests, dare to initiate activities, are curious and candid and can perform well within a team of international and national experts.
Your qualifications and experience:
-MSc or BSc Civil engineering or equivalent; with a minimum of 10 years international experience in the water and wastewater sector;
-Experience in managing large international and complex water and/or wastewater projects and managing multidisciplinary teams;
-Experience with FIDIC Conditions of Contract;
-Experience in Central Europe and/or Africa and developing countries.
