| Description: |
Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for:
--> The day to day management of Centre Team:
o Interview and select team members
o Produce team rota and allocate daily duties
o Conduct regular one to one meetings and team meetings
o Carry out appraisals with team members
o Conduct on job training and coaching with team members
--> Liaising with clients:
o Interface with clients in order to provide excellent customer service
o Deal with all correspondence to clients
o Responsible for client move ins and move outs
o Promote Regus products and services
--> Producing centre management reports, complies with audit requirements on service levels, deals with initial customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution.
--> Liaising with suppliers for facilities and maintenance and providing reports, where necessary, on the service provided by suppliers
--> Technical & Billing:
o Carry out any set up requirements for clients
o Oversee monthly billing process and reconcile monthly accounts report
o Carry out client moves and changes |
| Capacités Requises: |
- The candidate should be at least 2 years experienced in team management,
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000
- Be IT/Telecoms conversant.
- Great understanding of P&L
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills |
