| Description: |
Responsible for all HR business line accounting functions, this will include processes relating to payroll, business travel claims, training expenses processing and Home Ownership Program payments, and reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
Main Responsibilities
Involves in the development of AGOC payroll processes, which will include liaison with other key KJO departments such as CTD, ERD, ITD & POD etc.
Involves in the preparation, reporting of payroll procedures for the company, ensuring salaries are paid in a timely fashion to all employees.
As processes develop, this could involve the maintaining of all payroll general ledger accounts, calculation of wages and deductions, and the compilation of reports as required.
Reviews and inputs data into payroll software, updates and maintains databases to reflect personnel payroll changes.
Researches payroll issues/discrepancies, and processes necessary corrections.
Complies with the regulatory standards and payroll policies and procedures of the organization.
Communication with banks, financial institutions and other relevant bodies (GOSI).
Provides answers / clarifications to employees in a timely and professional manner.

| Capacités Requises: |
Bachelors Degree or a Higher Diploma in Finance / Accounting.
Experience of 3-5 years in similar role in a large organization.
Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law & HR practices in the Kingdom.
Good communication (verbal & written), presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrate accuracy & thoroughness in all calculations.
Experience in any major computerized accounting software/package.
Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
