The Position: Key Account Manager
Due to continued expansion in we can offer motivated Food and Beverage Professionals an excellent career opportunity as a Key Account Manager.
You will work closely with specific Key Clients to ensure their Private Aviation Catering Objectives are met within agreed parameters. Through professional presentations, to which your prior knowledge of the food and beverage industry would give you the edge, you will on behalf of each Key Client develop a network of quality catering suppliers which represent their most frequented departure locations.
Your drive and commitment will ensure that high quality relationships with selected catering providers and other such Suppliers (i.E., logistical support items) are maintained.
You will enjoy a positive work environment, with access to good training and support. Successful individuals will be given the opportunity to fast track progression within Europe or within the Private Flight GLOBAL network.
Successful european key account managers will posess
• a strong determination to succeed
• The ability to learn and develop (regardless of experience)
In an ever evolving industry
• The ability to work on your own and within a team
• The drive to work beyond the traditional 9-5 in a challenging role
• Fluency in English and at least one other European Language,
(i.E. German, French, Swedish, Russian, Spanish)
• Experience in 4* or 5* hotels, Super Yacht, Upper-value Restaurants and/or VIP Catering Establishments.

| Capacités Requises: |
Experience
The ideal candidate will have a hospitality background and mindset. The preferred background includes, but is not limited to, a minimum of five years experience in 4* or 5* hotels, Super Yacht, Upper-value Restaurants and/or VIP Catering Establishments.
Experience from other areas of the Hospitality Industry or outside Hospitality will be considered particularly if there is a good fit between previous duties and responsibilities and those identified in this job description.
Technical Skills
Strong Food and Beverage knowledge is mandatory with hands-on experience preferred.
Ideally, this would include a good understanding of Food and Beverage hygiene principals and general safety regulations, (including HACCP principals) as well as the ability to accurately audit the Provider supply chain.
