Role
-Architectural design director
Responsibilities:
-Review and approve the master plan of all the real estate development projects of the group;
-Lead a Technical Design Team to provide strong support for project operation and
-Formulate the regulations and work procedures related to technology and design.
Requirements:
-Degree holder in Architecture or other relevant disciplines
-Strong design management experience
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-A motivational leader with strong ability to develop international brand
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-Stationed in Dalian, PRC |
