We require local agents to promote our products. Successful applicants will be supported by an in-house sales team and a regional sales manager. Remuneration is on a commission basis (usually 5% of sales) with a contribution towards expenses during the start-up period (usually first three months). As our target customers are large companies or chains with high consumption levels of our products and as we are dealing primarily with disposable (single use) articles there is invariably a high re-order rate on the part of acquired clients. This means that earnings are cumulative over time and there is no ceiling to them.
The job entails contacting potential clients, developing and maintaining long term business relationships and ensuring that their sourcing requirements are met.
Candidates must be capable of performing the following tasks:
- market research
- contact search
- generating sales
- client portfolio development
- follow-up
